No matter which level you choose, the workshop delivery is flexible to suit your demands and schedule. Each session is 2 hours long and has a specific focus. Between each session, you’ll have some tasks (or ‘homework’) to do – approx. 2-4 hours. Usually, I deliver a workshop monthly. This gives you enough time to get the most out of the experience while still keeping momentum.

I’m based in Cambridge, so if you’re within 50 miles of Cambridge or in London, I can deliver the workshops at your office. If you’re further afield, all workshops are Zoom-friendly.
Each workshop is 2 hours long, and there are 4 in total.
The exact dates and times can be discussed, as the delivery is flexible to suit you. I’ve found the best approach for getting the balance between keeping momentum and having time to complete your ‘homework’ is to book a session monthly for 4 months,
Between the first few sessions, you will have to spend a good chunk of time working on the ‘homework’ tasks from the session. I would recommend 2-4 hours of dedicated time between the first, second, and third marketing strategy workshops to get the most out of the experience.
Between the third and fourth sessions, you have less to do as I’m busy compiling your marketing plan.
You will receive a practical, condensed marketing plan to follow that’s tailored completely to the practice. Each plan looks different from the next, but I can guarantee it will focus on the marketing activity that will most impact your goals. The tasks will be broken down into achievable chunks that won’t make you feel overwhelmed with marketing.
Yes, when you select the ‘Masterplan’ package, I act as your marketing manager and source the right expert team to implement your marketing plan. Get in touch to discuss your needs so we can work out the best approach.
You pay in 3 equal payments – a deposit upfront, another payment mid-way through, and the last payment after the final workshop.
